Die Ausgangssituation
Das Deutsche Rote Kreuz Kreisverband Segeberg e.V. betreibt in den Landkreisen Segeberg, Steinburg und in der Hansestadt Lübeck verschiedenste Einrichtungen die zum Gemeinwohl beitragen. Dazu zählen Senioren – und Pflegeheime, Betreutes Wohnen, Ambulante Pflege, Familienzentren sowie Kindertagesstätten, um nur einige zu nennen.
Häufig sind die Anforderungen, die beispielsweise eine Kita an ein Telekommunikationssystem hat, an verschiedenen Standorten sehr ähnlich. Hatte man bisher noch unterschiedliche Technik an unterschiedlichen Standorten im Einsatz möchte man nun Systeme vereinheitlichen. Zudem benötigt nicht jeder Standort eigene Hardware vor Ort, oft werden nur ein paar Telefone und vielleicht ein Faxanschluss gebraucht.
